Dr Bratton and her team were wonderful. While being prepared for surgery, I was impressed by everyone’s kindness and concern for my comfort. The anesthesiologist was also very nice, asking questions, and letting me know what to expect. I don’t remember actually going to sleep, or talking to them during the procedure, but they would laugh, and say you don’t remember? Hopefully I didn’t share any secrets! Dr. Bratton is the best! She recently performed surgery on my daughter's eye. She was very detailed and thorough with the whole process (pre-op, surgery, and post-op). She also made sure she provided us with her personal contact information to stay in touch if we had any questions. She really has wonderful bedside manners.
This was my first time visiting this practice. I was very pleased with the eye exam that I had with Dr. Holly Gutierrez and other assisting staff. She went over my exam results and explained them very thoroughly. Since Mondays are when the pediatric doctor is at the "Calibre Crossing, Acworth," location, the waiting room was a bit "noisy" with anxious little patients. I love children, but if you are an adult and prefer a quieter experience, you might want to schedule your appointment here another day of the week.
I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Bratton. She was personable and professional. I felt like I wasn't just another name on just another chart. I would highly recommend this fine physician to anyone.
Dr. Bratton is so good with kids. She knew exactly what my son had and needed and worked with him really well. Highly recommend seeing her for your visits.
