This was my first time visiting this practice. I was very pleased with the eye exam that I had with Dr. Holly Gutierrez and other assisting staff. She went over my exam results and explained them very thoroughly. Since Mondays are when the pediatric doctor is at the "Calibre Crossing, Acworth," location, the waiting room was a bit "noisy" with anxious little patients. I love children, but if you are an adult and prefer a quieter experience, you might want to schedule your appointment here another day of the week.
My experience was wonderful. The nurse were very kind and helpful. Dr. Bratton explained everything to where I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect.
Staff was kind and efficient. Dr. Bratton is wonderful with my son and very clear on follow up.
I suffer from double vision as a result of a surgery to remove an orbital cyst several years ago. I've had the occasion to be examined by several ophthalmologists over the years and each has their own technique for testing. I found Dr Bratton to be the most thorough so far. She has been very professional in her assessments and honest with me in her opinion/prognosis and I appreciate that very much.
I loved how the clinic was patient with me and my family. My son is autistic. They had ways for him to do the eye exam without any issues.
