I ordered some beach towels for a client that were advertised as having an imprint on them. They were the TEAM IS BOOMING towels. You have the option of getting them custom but we stated no customization. They sent my client completely white towels. I can't make that up. Honestly I wished I could rate this business no stars!!! First of all I don’t recommend because the lack of communication is unacceptable. I’m the type of person that if there is an option to request a sample product before you actually purchase more of the product I’m all in. That was the case for this particular organization. Positive Promotions has a great variety of customizable products, it’s easy to place an order, and everything is always delivered on time. Every year we have a department meeting during RT Week where I give out gift bags to everyone filled with the items from Positive Promotions, along with their favorite drink or snack. I always want to show my appreciation to everyone and help them feel special, and the products I order do just that while being cute and useful; my team always love the gifts. There was nothing positive about my experience with Positive Promotions. I purchased a small order of customized bags on July 3 and was given a ship date, which I paid a premium to have them by a certain date. I kept checking the site for updates and the order remained in process, even though I'd previously gotten a link to approve artwork (which I did). Then the order status page reverted to "in process" again. This morning I received an email informing me the bags were not in stock. They wasted 5 production days!!! How doe... read more

Here is the comment as you have approved it: I purchased the Lotion Kit with Emory Board and used them in swag bags for our annual breast cancer awareness event. I also included them in the care boxes that are sent to survivors and patients in treatment. Treatment is harsh on the skin, so moisturizing with lotion is important. I received good feedback from everyone about the swag bags.
