I placed an order on 9/24/2025 for some Xmas cards for my clients. Sent envelopes only, took money from acct and has been 7 weeks and have not received calendars order, nor any communications. Called today and stated everything in back order because of demand. I will personally not order again, two years in a row is shame on me. Do not recommend.

I ordered 300 boxes of the "We Would Knot Succeed Without You" pretzel boxes for a welcome back for our employees. Communication could've been better to know when my product shipped, but what I'm disappointed in the most is that the chocolate covered pretzels were discolored. The expiration date is 12/21, so they weren't expired, but some were good and some were bad. Just needed better quality control before shipping.

Customer Service is poor. Sizing isn't listed by the apparel products. I emailed a sizing question to their customer care email. The reply was to call the 800#. The 1st woman couldn't tell me the answer. When I asked if someone else could, she hung up on me. I expressed my frustration to the 2nd woman and the call went silent. I don't know if she hung up, but she wasn't there anymore. Third call was a guy who patronized me and was slightly sarcastic. I selected this vendor to create a customized apparel piece for our staff of approximately 40 people. I chose them as they offered the piece of outwear we wanted, at the appropriate cost per piece. This was November 8, 2021. After approving a proof the order was placed 11/12. I was told a few of the sizes were backordered but they did not communicate any updates. on 12/2 I asked for an update and was told it was due to 'ship on or before 12/15. Shipping time from creation to receipt was impressively long. Let me get specific, ordered Sept 1, received Sept 24. Now, I haven't had any issue really with size or such from them before, and I didn't really expect it this time. I've ordered a bunch from them. However, we ordered an $89 jacket that wound up being a kids size in practice. We contacted them and they said the size chart is there, no refund.
