I’ve been twice with the same problem, recurrent corneal erosion (tremendously painful and affects my vision). I informed the doctor I use eye drops and treat it with a hot pad. The doctor recommends I use eye drops (doesn’t specify brand or any prescription one) and use a hot pad. So they basically recommended the treatment I already do both times. No mention of punctal plugs. No mention of bandage contact lenses. No mention of any other surgeries or medicines. Maybe if this was the first time and I wasn’t using eye drops... read more
