The entire personnel were beyond helpful during my shopping experience. Friendly and very accommodating. I'd drive 40 miles one way any day to get their service.
Super friendly staff, very knowledge, able to assist with questions and get products from storage for us. Very good selection, been looking for certain items all over and they had everything. Will definitely be back soon.

Love the service here. There's always someone friendly to assist, but if you prefer to stubbornly hunt for what you need, they don't follow you around like a potential shoplifter. They offer UPS dropoff (super convenient) and don't try to gouge on prices, making it a no-brainer to shop locally.
"Ace is the helpful place" if I remember their slogan. Also a UPS shipper, I've been in a few times for shipping and hardware needs. The latest time, though, spoke the most. I came in after difficulty at another store (was unsure if the part they sold me would work; the store associate was unsure either). I went to Ace to ask them about it as a sort of second opinion. He shared his expertise to help me out, and I didn't even buy anything from Ace that day! Was very thankful for their help and humbled by the whole experience.... read more
