What a Blessing to have a building supply hardware store in our town. The folks behind the counter our nice and the gal that is usually at the paint counter is knowable and very helpful.

This is twice I've been there recently in the last couple weeks. Never have in stock what's needed. Not always pleasant help from staff either, depends on who it is from staff. Feel like your bothering them. Prices are a little higher then going elsewhere, but i guess to be expected from small town store. So much dust on products, leave with wondering if it's any good and how long it's been there.... think closer attention to what people buy more often or need when coming in may be helpful. We patronize Crescent Lumber fairly often, and always find the best service - and oftentimes, their prices undercut the larger stores. They've been very helpful in ordering items that we want, as well as offering advice on projects. Very grateful they're in the area - would rather spend our money locally.
