This store is so handy to have nearby. Large selection of anything you might need for a home improvement project or unexpected emergency. My favorite thing is their large selection of Myers Clean Day products. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The prices are a bit higher, but you're paying for convenience, service, and supporting a local business. What I pay extra on, I usually save on gas. PLUS, they deliver locally.
We waited 3 hours for our order to be delivered. We were assured that it would be here "first thing Monday morning". We had to call after waiting for over 2 hours and no delivery. In the meantime, our contractor is waiting, being paid hourly. Apparently the man who took our order didn't post it and wasn't there this morning.... Is there no process for conducting business?
This is a fairly new hardware store in this area. they have done an excellent job with the merchandising. the staff is always friendly and helpful. it's very convenient having a lumber yard that close as well.
Always have most everything I need. From chains cut to length to various of nails by the pound, to near everything for an emergency home repair and now a great lumber yard. Great staff that are friendly and happy to answer your questions of point you in the right direction.
Went to the hardware store in search of a durable metal gas can. The gentleman at the counter offered his assistance and pointed me right to the items of interest. Very polite and accommodating. The experience was well worth the time and money spent.
