Typical Building materials. Customer service was GARBAGE. went in a couple times to get stuff no one wanted to help with bill being the worst to talk to. Arrogant lazy staff. Also called ahead nonone answers. Go to hammond locations.
Worst customer service ever, went in to talk about some roofing panels and only needed a small amount and they treated me like a red headed step child because I wasn't going to spend alot of money....I went to a metal producer in Hermon and they bent over backwards to accommodate my needs, I'll never be back
I personally think the staff is great, inside and in the yard. I place metal roofing orders 8 to 10 times per month, I travel 6 hours in total just to deal with them even though I can get the material in 3 different places in my hometown. Keep up the professional and great service boys and I'll happily do my business with you
Terrible experience. I called and ordered materials for metal roofing for my single car garage. I gave them the dimensions of the roof and they calculated what I needed and gave me a quote. I double checked with the salesperson that this quote/order includes everything I would need for materials, all I would need is the tools. He confirmed this. I want to tell Thank You to Mr. Las for his help, patience, and fast delivery. One wall was done in three hours. It looks beautiful. I am preparing the house for my family which is right now in Ukraine under the Russian bombs.
