I just purchesed a complete outdoor kitchen its not yet delivered, my first experience interaction with customer service rep Erin hopson, she was very helpful and knowledgeable, which made my purchase experience very pleasant
Customer service has been excellent! My damaged unit was replaced promptly. My outdoor kitchen is not quite operational yet so I cannot rate the products just yet.
I called the phone number on the webpage and Brandi answered the phone. I needed some information that was not posted on the Gas grill I was interested in. Brandi did not have it but took my # and called me back in 5 minutes with the information I needed. She was then able to answer all of my questions. If the grill shows up in a timely fashion and works as good as Brandi's promt knowledgeable call back it's a homerun for me.
