We had a malfunction when my laptop screen went blank and I lost the order number but Logan fixed it.

I do a lot of on-line ordering for my company, and I have to say that Rochelle was the most pleasant person I have had to work with on the phone in years. Most of the time the contacts that I speak to are bored, and/or too busy, and rarely offers any suggestions or help with a problem or item. Rochelle was far and above all of these, and a great pleasure to speak to. I hope to be able to call back again soon for more products. Hang on to her, she is a keeper !!!
The staff at BBQ guys has been extremely helpful and polite and courteous. Katie - thank you for your excellent service and constant communications with the issues with my order (an item arrived damaged by fault of the transport company, and a replacement was quickly sent). I haven't installed my purchases yet since I await completion of an outdoor gazebo, but the products look solid and well made. I highly recommend them, and make sure you use your shopping rewards points wisely.
