I saw him for an eyelid surgery. His staff is wonderful especially Kate Mcgarity. My surgery was covered by my insurance which I was very happy with. The surgery went great and I look very natural. Dr Long called me the night after the surgery to check on me, he really cares about his patients and it shows. If you need an eyelid procedure, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
It was my understanding that I was going in for a free consultation prior to possible elective surgery. I ended up not having the surgery but 9 months later was contacted by a collection agency for $140 for the office visit. I am very disappointed that, unlike other doctors I saw to discuss this surgery, this visit was not actually a free consultation. Nor was the office willing to work with me on this charge.
