Thorough and caring is how I would express my experience with MEC. My questions about my vision problems were quickly answered in my first time coming. Dr. Ho took time to explain what the process would be every step of the way. His caring manor leads me to a 5 star rating. The night of my surgery Dr. Ho called me to make sure I was comfortable and see if I had any questions. The staff is very friendly. I’d recommend that if you are experiencing any eye problems that you visit MEC.
My family has been seeing Dr. Ho for years. All of our issues have been promptly addressed and have turned out well. For my cataract surgery, he took a lot of time explaining my options to me and that made all the difference. 3-4 years later I’m glad that he explained everything to me because it helped me make my decision for the multifocal lens. I have great vision and haven’t had to wear glasses or contacts ever since. I have recommended Dr. Ho to others and will continue to.
It was a wonderful experience. I felt no pain. I woke up from my surgery and I could see. Colors were brighter and lights were brighter. I was happy. It’s a life changing experience. Before, I couldn’t see to read or find my glasses, This is a wish come true. I can read and see without contacts and glasses. He did exactly what I asked. I love that I can see now. He was gentle and very concerned.
Everything went like clockwork. It was painless and the results were dramatic.
I am seeing without glasses for the first time since 4th grade. It’s been one day since my surgery and I am thrilled with Dr. Ho and this cataract surgery result. After one day, I can see the tv across the room. 5 stars!
The experience was extremely easy to go through I now can see without glasses after having cataract surgery, for the first time since I was in high school. I had the multi focal lens put in with the astigmatism correction. The medical staff the surgical nurses and assistants were all very helpful and make you feel at ease. I would recommend Dr. Ho to anyone needing surgery and other vision needs.
I had my first surgery 1 month ago and it went great. Yesterday, I had my other eye done and it went super. My vision is so unreal on how much it has improved. I have never gone to an eye specialist that is so caring and concerned about his patients.
The sugery was fantastic and very quick. It was exactly what he told me and painless. Slight discomfort the day after but no pain. The whole experience was fantastic.
Dr. Ho does a thorough and professional job. You always feel like you’re getting good care. I am thrilled my new eyes and being able to see distance without glasses is awesome with just minor corrections for reading. It’s a new life at 75.
