Dr. Jiag lacks tact and bedside manner. During the appointments she doesnt talk to me directly. She only talk to the assistant. She is worse than a pushy sales person. Despite the fact my POC, the ER and a 2nd opinion assured me surgery was not necessary. She called yelling at me I was going blind and berated me further. As an elderly person with failing health the last thing we need to be bullied into medical services. I am frightened and still shaken by her actions.

Sadly cannot recommend the Kennestone location due to overscheduling and too many people in waiting room!

If you want a doctor who will answer your questions about your health, and respect you as a person, then do not go to Dr. Panda. If you wish to have autonomy over your own health, do NOT go to Dr. Panda. However, if you want to be barreled through, rushed, cursed around, directly lied to and ultimately disregarded, then he is the perfect provider for you. Dr. Panda is incapable of addressing anything regarding the health of your eyes except recommending additional appointments with other providers. For this purpose, I would ... read more

I spoke to another doctor who said I didn't need laser surgery. I felt like my family was pressured to get laser surgery.

Dr Panda was very unprofessional. He didn’t explain anything while I was in his office and told me I needed cataract surgery. I went and had a second opinion and there is NO cataracts on my eyes. Be cautious of a doctor who just talks surgery the first time you meet them!!

Inpatient. In a hurry to complete procedures. He made me feel stupid if I asked questions about my condition.

Dr performed what should have been an outpatient procedure resulting in complications keeping me out of work for 3 weeks. All he continued to say was "well medically I don't see anything wrong" I couldn't see, vision was not well and on my third week of being out he denied the week on disability. He is uncaring and inconsiderate.

This doctor did not listen to my problem, or did not take me seriously the first time meeting him. He did nothing to ease my suffering I think because I had no insurance. He seemed cold, and heartless. It is sad that he is even allowed to practice. He treated me like a mental patient. I waited until I had the money to fix my eye injury and then he doesnt even xray? Now I am stuck wearing a patch, AND it cost $175 to do nothing.

I had a very specific reason for seeing an ophthalmologist, and Dr. Panda did not listen to me at all or any of my issues. I thought I would finally get my eye fixed . He ignored my physically obvious facial reconstructive needs and acted as if he didn't believe me. He ignored the fact that I had a laceration in my forehead that severed nerves to my eyelid control. I think this is all because I had no insurance. Who cares? What I don't look like I have the money? Well guess what I do.
