everyone was very detail-oriented and did their job well. The doctor knew when she was doing. She explained in detail what was going on with my eye. She explain the plan of the treatment and detailed out the next steps. The whole team was very polite, professional, and caring.

I was left in a room for one(1 ) hour and 15 Mins.alone. No one checking the room.. ……..Hope this can be fixed.
We had an appointment at 2:45 and was seen around 3:15. Once Brayden had his eyes dilated, he went to get some scans. The subway was full so we were placed in a different subway room. At 4:15 I asked the front desk when we would be seen. They seemed surprised of where we were sitting and once I asked, we were quickly seen. It seems we were forgotten.
