Dr. Jiang is very good at what she does. Yes, sometimes the wait is long but she's worth it.

Dr. Jiang did both my husband's and my cataract surgeries and she and her staff were incredibly supportive of us both. I am having macular laser surgeries both tomorrow one one eye and in ten days. I would not have any other surgeon but Dr. Jiang and/or Dr. Meleth at Marietta Eye Clinic. As a patient, you must be your own advocate and ask every question you have. The staff in Dr. Jiang's office and at the Clinic in Marietta are absolute professionals in answering patients' concerns.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Jiang. She was dismissive and did not provide sufficient explanation about the treatment options for my glaucoma. She briefly mentioned two options—using eye drops to reduce eye pressure or undergoing a laser procedure—but did not clearly explain the pros and cons of each. When I asked which option she would recommend, she raised her voice and told me, 'Don't ask me, you are the one to make the decision!' I found her attitude unprofessional and unhelpful. Dr. Jiag lacks tact and bedside manner. During the appointments she doesnt talk to me directly. She only talk to the assistant. She is worse than a pushy sales person. Despite the fact my POC, the ER and a 2nd opinion assured me surgery was not necessary. She called yelling at me I was going blind and berated me further. As an elderly person with failing health the last thing we need to be bullied into medical services. I am frightened and still shaken by her actions.

She told me that she couldn't explain to me what she was talking about when I was asking about my eye condition. She told me she was a busy woman, I would just have to write faster. Pretty nervy considering her practice makes me wait a minimum of 2 hours EVERY TIME I go there. The last 2 times I have been there the practice made me wait 3 hours. Talk to any patient that goes to Marietta Eye Clinic. They have no respect for the customer or their time.
