Dr Ho has always been concerned about my eye health since I started seeing him over six years ago when he performed cataract surgery on my left eye. He performed cataract surgery on my right eight this year and as before all went well. He called after the surgery to check on me just as he did when i had the left eye done. He has always shown concern and compassion each time I have seen him.

'Two years after cataract surgery with Dr. Charles Ho, my vision has not improved as expected.'I had Multifocal IOL lenses, intended to improve vision at all distances. While distance vision improved, my close-up vision remains blurry, and I developed double vision. Multiple follow-ups with Dr. Ho did not resolve the issues. This has significantly affected my ability to read and perform everyday tasks. I am disappointed with the outcome and the impact on my daily life.

Dr. Ho was very thorough during the cataract pre-op appointment. During post op visits, he was very robotic, disconnected and seemed rushed. He never asked how my eye was feeling during the post op visits. He did not have time for questions or to explain to me what results I should be expecting from the surgery. During the 2nd post op call on the night of the surgery, I explained to him I was experiencing some pain in my eye. He coldly stated take your eye drops and I will see you tomorrow. I visited Dr Ho for my 22 month old daughter. The wait was long and I felt like Dr Ho was rushing to give me the diagnosis on my daughter and get on to the next patient. He came off as cold and uncaring. I will not return to see him and would not recommend him.
