Legal Zoom is a great legal forms tools and they offer a lot of services. Be careful to only select what you need as I erroneously checked for them to be my "agent" and that was not my intend. They worked on helping me correct my agent of record and refunded the fee.
I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and timeliness of how my issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. What I thought would be a drawn-out conflict turned into a great experience.
