Charged for a registerd agent since 2019. The agent that is NON-Existening, the address provided for this so called agent was some random communication business that has no links to being a registered agent. I have been charged for these registered agent fees since 2019 Now as of 8/26/25 it was $499. No notice of any kind. Legal Zoom is a fraudulent company working shady business deals. I attempted to use the *** free EIN filing online however I received an error. When trying to apply via fax, I went weeks without hearing back and instead of waiting to do the paperwork via snail mail, I figured I would use legalzoom's services. First red flag, they charged me $10 just for shipping? Not even sure what they were shipping. I used Legal Zoom in 2022 to open an ************* which was dissolved and have been charged for a registered agent that is NON-Existent, the address provided for this so called agent was some random communication business that has no links to being a registered agent. This is specifically concerning their registered agent process. They make themselves your registered agent when you form an LLC with them explaining how you need one and they sell you fear. They never inform you that you can be your own registered agent for free. They then set this process up on auto-renewal but you better hope your auto-renewal date doesnt fall on a weekend, because they arent open to process your cancellation. This is just another company milking every dollar they can out of people.

Legal Zoom FAILED to register my trademark 2 times and their lawyer they reffered to me allowed it to happen not only 1 time but 2 times. I called to get help and "********" who failed to give us her last name on legal zoom's phone services, did not even listen to my concerns and told me there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she kept telling me I couldn't. I have paid $1,000's of dollars and they have all been wasted. I used this company to create a living Trust in 2022. I wanted to amend a part of the Trust I created in2022. I wanted to amend some of the bank information. This all started on August 15 2025. LegalZoom automatically sign you up for a 14 day trail period. After the 14 days you are charged some kind of extended service for $25.00 a month. I contacted LegalZoom a few days before the expiration of the trail period to advise I did not want any additional service. I would give them 0 stars if I can. The person filing my LLC spelled the name of my LLC wrong and then when I wanted to change the name to what I had initially told them it should be, demanded $60 from me for an amendment. They also charged me $200 for another filing which I never authorized them to do for me.When I called them, I was constantly talked down by every single **** and sales person for not having the biggest package.
