I've seen others talk about the extra fees, but my eyes were wide open during the process. These are optional. Even if you add up the extra fees, what I paid to set up a Living Trust was probably a third the price of what I'd pay a local attorney. And the $199 annual fee can be stopped at any time by going online or calling. I think $199 is a small price to pay to have year-round legal advice. WOW, My agent was super helpful from beg-to-end.
