Dr. Bratton was very efficient and she had a very calming demeanor during surgery. She fully explained all the options for treatment. Her surgery center staff were uplifting and caring durning my whole treatment. The whole experience was phenomenal.
When no one else could figure out what was causing my eye problems, I was referred to Dr. Bratton. She read the reports from the ER, and my eye doctor, and examined my eyes and asked me questions. She ordered blood work drawn. Even she was surprised a little when the blood work revealed that I had Myasthesia gravis! That explained so many health issues that I had been having for, literally, years! Dr. Bratton was very professional. She clearly knows her stuff and was efficient in handling my problem. I am very happy with my results. Her bedside manner was excellent. She will be my go to doctor for all future eye problems.
Dr. Bratton's entire team, especially Dr. Bratton herself have been so incredibly understanding and compassionate. The surgery process was seamless and the post surgical care was impeccable. Dr. Bratton reassured me throughout the process and made me feel comfortable moving forward with surgery. She throughly explained what to expect after surgery and I did not feel rushed during her visits. I would encourage anybody experiencing double vision to come see Dr. Bratton, from the very first visit you will be in good hands.
I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Bratton. She is very friendly, professional and competent. The results are exactly what I was hoping for. The post operative experience has been exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Bratton to any adults experiencing double vision issues that interfere with daily activities.
I developed double vision as an adult for no known reason. A friend told me of strabismus surgery…I saw the optical specialist at Piedmont Hospital who referred me to Dr Bratton. She gave me several options and I ultimately chose to have the surgery. The double vision is completely gone! I’m now doing things that I’d given up…like driving. Dr. Bratton is the best surgereon I've had. I would recommend her 100%. I've had no problem, whatsoever. The office is also close to me, which is great. The entire staff is great. I've had no problems with anybody here.
I cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Bratton's work. She is the best. After seeing many Doctors over the course of 15 years without option of surgery, Doctor Bratton right away saw me as a very good candidate. Her care prior and post surgery are outstanding.
