I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Britton. She has been with us through every step of this rough journey, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS making herself available to us. Night & Day, 24/7! She is so patient, so gentle, so caring, and so down to earth. She walked through every detail with us numerous times and has always made us feel comfortable with the next step. I've never met a doctor with such great patient care and a genuine heart for what she does. She's the best of the best!
My son started seeing Dr. Bratton last year due to needing strabismus surgery. She made us feel 100% at ease! My son was so scared but she eased his fear , super kid friendly! She also makes herself totally accessible after hours to her patients which is rare & a very personal touch. I will truly miss her!

She is an excellent doctor. She is very professional, smart, take time to listen and explain diagnosis. She is the best. She is taking care of my son 6 years old now for lazy eye. She treated my daughter, 10 months now.

Excuses & Red Flags. 2 office visits, 2 canceled planned surgeries, which they canceled, 4 days off work, and a devastated and heartbroken son who is still trying to understand why he can't have his surgery. All he wanted was straight eyes for Christmas. They blamed their surgery center next door, twice, and then tried to blame me. First, the surgery center had a broken laryngoscope with a camera, which I presume would be needed for any surgery performed there in case of emergency. Dr. Bratton was condescending and dismissive of my attempts to explain what I learned from my previous doctor, an optometrist. She seemed to me to suggest that only she had the expertise for my situation from Atlanta to Valdosta, when Dr. Charles Ho in her own practice has, as I understand it, exactly the same specialization in this area as she does! Hi! I sincerely apologize that you had a bad experience with me. I did not intend to offend you or dismiss your concerns. I am happy to set you up with my partner, Dr. Ho, or refer you to an outside adult strabismus specialist. Prisms are not recommended for all cases of strabismus. They are only necessary when a patient has constant double vision. Prescribing them to you when they are not needed is a waste of your time and money. Again, I apologize that I did not meet your needs as a provider.
My daughter has severe anxiety. She was cold and condescending. Exam never happened, we were sent away. Was not knowledgeable in glaucoma with anti depressants.
