Had an issue with: No longer able to sync. Falls to sync upon login. Also cannot select the state which prevents doing FNAs or getting quick quotes. App was useless for doing business. However, the tech support team quickly resolved the issue. All that needed to be done was press the swipe button on the bottom right on the home page
