Can't log in anymore. Kept getting a token error message.
As a new user, I read the reviews. I was prepared for the app to not perform well. That's exactly what's happening from the first install. From loading issues, to kicking out and removing log in info, every bit of this app isn't performing. Primerica is a multi-billion dollar franchise. There needs to be immediate action taken to actually fix and enhance the app to work across all different phone platforms. A major letdown and disappointment. The company is ignoring all recent reviews.

This app is garbage. Constant problems logging in. Sometimes is slow to load. It always seems to want to open a browser. Tried three different ones. Same thing on all them. Primerica fix your stupid. And don't say check for update of the app. Done that numerous times. All the one star reviews ought to tell you something. Who wants to have to call support every time you wanna check your accounts.

the app asks me to reset the password every time I log in. my username and password work fine on a computer. It's been this way for a couple of months. i talked with customer service. They can't do anything about it.
Since the update it is not allowing me to log on even after changing my password. I'm getting the message that the app is no longer compatible with my device.
