crash, white loading screen before log in. Unfortunately there's no response to fix this error, so I have to submit 1 star to the app, in order to other users may see this possible fix. You have to manage your default browser on your phone. I was using Firefox and for some reason it won't let the app continue to the log in screen. Switching my default browser to Google Chrome. Hope this works for you guys

app says you are currently logged in but don't have access to the account. so. since I was not able to access the account with the app and they could not make it work, does this mean that the app is non usable?

half of the time I can't even get into my account through the app it comes up and says that I am not logged in and does not allow me to try to log in the website is horrible

It didn't populate all my accounts, only my health insurance. Called support and got nothing but arun around for 2 hrs. Not happy. Update, I called the number and NO HELP. My broker called and got the issue resolved and it's now working and populating my accounts.
