App is terrible. Not functional. Every time I log in it tells me that services are unavailable and to contact a help phone number.
the app locks me out of my account about every 6 months. the process for changing the password is user unfriendly.
The login is always difficult and I have to call most of the time to access my acct.
It WAS a great app until recently. I'm on Android 16 and now for whatever reason, the menu button (where you perform almost every action from) is tucked behind the battery and mobile data stats on the Status Bar. So, when you try to click on the menu, you're actually clicking on the status bar. One-star since the app is basically useless now. Willing to adjust my rating once it's fixed.
I had a membership with them, and didn't feel it was a good fit. Contacted their support but no response back. Been charged $75 since June, will have to cancel my card so I don't get charged anymore, terrible

this is a pyramid scam. I had a friend thought was a friend tried to help me out by introducing me to this because they get money from me paying money. scam don't fall for it. don't let your supposed friends talk you into it
