Locked out. Can't reset password. Still charging me for it though...
This app does not work on Note 9. Just keeps loading after login page...useless for agents
I've tried to log in multiple times but won't download after I put my password.
can't get past the loading screen after the login. very frustrating. -Galaxy Note 8
loading. the app cannot make it past the second step in the loading screen after Log In. Sadly I've had this problem on my phone for over a month and I've tried several attempts at uninstalling and installing including doig a FACTORY RESET on my phone. The app still cant seem to complete the log in load
not compatible with Google Pixel 3a XL...it does not log in. fix asap!
I don't like the app because it sucks to have to change passwords and update all the time
Keeps crashing. If you go to another app & reopen, it restarts. Super frustrating now I cant sign in using my fingerprint. was this feature removed?
