not able to log in the app is great once signed in. unfortunately its the only app im having sign in issues with and I've tried to uninstall and reinstall a few times.
won't let me update
App is not working. It keeps circling but never logs in. I am able to log in through website but not app. I didn't have issues before current update. Please fix expeditiously!
Please give your customers an app to view mutual fund balances on the go!
App doesn't currently work right now. Says invalid request when trying to log on. I can log into the website, but not the app. So I know my account is up to date. When this app is working it is Amazing, but unfortunately the update, made it not work anymore for me. :(
can't get it to work
difficulties logging in. often get a system error or invalid request message.
Unfortunately, Primerica does not have an app for users so I have to post here. I invested a small amount of money with mutual funds through Primerica a couple of years ago. My goal was to slowly bring all of my other financial needs here. However, there is no way i could ever do that because I like to be able to look at my portfolio through an app. I have resorted to Vanguard and State Farm for those needs with success. Make an app for your clients, it's 2019! Everyone else has one.
After the login I get an error message. Update did not work. Now I have nothing. Before I do anything more I will wait for your response.
