No wait time. The eye technician was very professional and kind. Dr. Gummi, however, was slightly off-putting with her no-nonsense approach. It was my first time meeting her and she never introduced herself. She jumped into the exam, assuming I knew of a condition previously noted in my file; however, I was never informed of it. Dr. Gummi is highly competent but lacks interpersonal skills.
