My Fiancé has done nothing but talk about a smoker for months. However, after just buying a home a quality smoker is a big expense. After consulting with my favorite and most trusted chef, he suggested the Smokin Tex. He promised it would be the best bang for my buck and he was right. Bbqguys website is easily navigated, and it was easy to find the correct part. If in doubt their customer service is above and beyond, and respons quickly. I purchased a solaire convection burner, as I selected infrared burners originally. The part arrived two days early and was very well packed with no problems. Instructions included to convert a burner were easily followed. I am currently in the market for a smoker, and will be returning to BBQGuys for it, and all future grilling purchases.
What a joy it was purchasing from this company. The representative (I cannot remember her name), was working from home in Louisiana and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The product arrived on time, as expected. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing BBQ equipment.
