I used the site to pick out the best BBQ for my requirements. My customer service representative was very helpful in providing expertise and answering my questions. Specifics on the BBQ, Frig and Drawers. All excellent communication. I am now working with the design team to finalize the design and specifications for my contractor. All excellent, responsive communication.
All items were shipped and delivered quickly. Even the freight delivery man was friendly and helpful.

Great experience purchasing a patio dining set, market umbrella and stand from BBQGuys! Excellent communication regarding when my order was processed, shipped, and delivered. The product itself is good. I was disappointed I for some reason thought it was rocks I was paying for and then showed up and looked like dryer lent. Haven’t Used it yet but plan to in the winter. I should have read the description throughly. However fast shipping and seems like a good company
