I bought a smoker from you. I am not interested in buying another. Also, I already have a Viking grill. Not interested. You could at least focus on Smoker accessories. Your emails are a nuisance. JENNIFER in Support did good.
I was searching the web trying to find a smoker that I liked when I came across BBQ guys. Not only did they have a great selection of smokers but they actually had videos and very detailed reviews on each item which was very helpful in helping me choose which smoker to buy.

The gang at BBQGuys sent me a sample pack of their chicken rub, we tried it and immediately ordered a jar of it, and another 2 jars of their pork and beef rubs. Can't wait to drop a brisket in the PitBoss smoker they sold me for Christmas!!
