It was easy to find the right grill with solid ratings and very good explanations of each type of grill. The ordering process was simple. Delivery was updated every time the grill moved. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition.
I purchased a Weber Grill from the clearance section, advertised as damaged box, Like new undamaged internals. The grill retails in the 1200 range so I decided to take a shot for 700. I didn't really expect that the grill would be without damage and it wasn't. But I really felt lucky. The Bayou Classic Black Outdoor Stove With Dual Low-Pressure Gas Burners (model DB375) arrived as described. Fast shipping. It is stable with a full 5-gallon pot on it. The shelves on the side cam in handy. I option to this model because of the shelves and I'm glad I did. It took no time to heat up the water to can. Next is a batch of beer! On a side note, you can find extra parts for the Bayou Classic which is a plus.

Bought a grill cover and a NG to LP conversion kit. The kit came w/o instructions but BBQGuys customer service agent helped me locate the instructions in the original grill manual. They also offered to send a replacement for the LP hose and regulator as I told them it was leaking. After trying other regulators I had, I was able to figure out that the LP tank was at fault, and not their part. Overall, product was as advertised, shipping on time and excellent chat agents.
