The transaction was easy and my grill was delivered in a timely fashion. Upon opening the carton, I discovered that the grill had somehow been damaged during shipping and one corner of grill head was bent. I took pictures of the grill and the packaging and contacted BBQGuys customer service about the problem. After receiving my pictures, they offered to either replace the grill or give me a discount if I decided to keep the grill. I ordered 4 BBQ covers for our Apartment Complex at ARCADAI in Sandy Utah and they were delivered with in 2 days of ordering. I will defiantly use them again for our BBQ needs. Thank you BBQGuys.
Ordered a new grill over the phone on a Sunday. I did the phone order because many products have a MAP, or manufacturer advertised price, and retailers are prohibited from advertising lower than the MAP. I got a price less than the MAP. Grill arrived 5 days later, on a Friday. No exterior damage to the box. So I have 48 hours to open the box and check for parts damage.
