The grill I ordered was shipped out quickly and when I missed a few calls from the shipping company without realizing it bbqguys support got in touch with me and let me know the shipping company was trying to reach me. I gave the shipping company a call and my grill was delivered the next day. The grill itself was in perfect condition as well.
