Love the customer service representatives at BBQ Guys, though it could be BBQ Gals too :)
...except the stores in town don't stock what BBQGuys.com does. They had exactly what I needed at a fair price. Delivery was prompt and the item arrived in perfect order.
Started with an online chat with one of their associates, had some questions and they answered them all. Ordered on July 4th, got shipped on the 6th. Only hiccup was the grill was supposed to be delivered Friday but the shipper didn’t get it on the truck in time. So I’ll get it on the 13th. Not BBQGuys fault, things happen.
Ordered wrong size of an item. BBQ customer service worked with us to replace the item.
BBQ Guys website was easy to navigate and product descriptions were helpful. Order and delivery process was extremely easy. Thank you!
I ordered a Kamado Joe Classic II from BBQGuys. The website is well constructed and the process was quick. My order shipped out quickly - ordered on July 3 and my LTL delivery was today July 10. I'd say that was pretty quick. The packaging on the Kamado Joe is fantastic. And, props to their LTL carrier - R&L who did a great job. All-in-all a great experience and the fastest I've ever received a product that had to ship LTL.
The order came fast. They have a great WEBER BBQ selection and accessories. The prices were great and I got my very fast.
My shopping experience was great - I will definitely purchase from bbqguys again. I am excited to receive my grill cover!
I ordered a Weber Grill that was advertised as including a rotisserie kit. When it arrived the rotisserie was not included. I have sent numerous emails to BBQGuys.com about the problem but have not even had the courtesy of a response. This is clearly a case of intentional false advertising. They have failed to either resolve my complaint or change their web page to correct the situation.
