I had the pleasure of dealing with Todd in the deciding and ordering of my BBQ from BBQGuys.com. Todd responded to my request for help in finding a grill which fit my needs. He also checked back regularly before I ordered to make sure all my questions were answered. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing more than I needed or before I was ready. I hope everyone there is just as professional and helpful as Todd.
I found that all 3 of the customer service reps who helped me with my order where top notch! I had to make several changes to my order over the course of a week and was able to do so smoothly and with no headaches! I'd highly recommend BBQ Guys for all your outdoor kitchen needs.
Purchased my 32" Blaze grill on fathers 2013 - been a fantastic grill, but had a couple issues with some components. Contacted ShoppersChoice/BBQ guys and received immediate and superior customer support. They immediately covered the items under warranty and shipped them right to me.
Ryan was very prompt in helping me process my order, even helping me make a last minute change before the order was finalized.
Can't say enough about the shopping and customer service experience I have had with ShoppersPlus (BBQGuys.) The web site super informative and helpful. I spend HOURS bouncing around the internet looking at hundreds of built-in grills. I had so much information I didn't know where to start I saw BBQguys seemed to have all the products I was looking at. I ended up calling these guys and talking to Stacey. Over the last several days, I have been shopping for a quality drop-in BBQ. Found it at BBQGuys, ordered it. Neglected to change, verify NG vs. LP. Received notice of shipment this morning, 03/02/2016, and noticed unity being shipped is LP. Called your Online Sales and Order Fulfillment Specialist, Nita. Rather than having to ship the unit back, she suggested a NG conversion kit. She verified that Lynx/Sedona does offer the kit.
