I had called in about a recent purchase (10 days prior) made from BBQguys.com. The grill that I had purchased was now $200 less. I informed the customer service representative and he was very attentive. He placed me on a brief hold in order to speak with his manager. Within a minute he was back in the line and told me that a refund was being issued and confirmation would be emailed. Hands down, great customer service!
Today I finally upgraded my BBQ to a new Lion 32 in grill. I have a few questions so talked with Doug who answered all my questions. The new grill will arrive next week and can't wait to try it out!
I would like to say my experience with Bbq has been great! Stephanie has been extremely helpful helping me with my purchase she made things very easy for me . I would definitely recommend BBQ Guys to my friends and family.
Had a problem with my order....... Customer service didn't even blink an eye and had a new pizza oven on its way. Dealt with real people and met not one resistant ear along the way. Great experience ordering my new grill! I had questions so I called BBQGuys over the weekend. Casandra and Brandy pleasantly handled my inquiry promptly and ensured they would get answers to me on Monday.
