The sales person with whom I spoke, Seda, did a great job handling my order. I did not have to repeat everything and she answered my questions readily. She will have to travel a long way to share a cheeseburger, however.

Well, i didn't have to press any buttons to talk with a human and the lady i talked with was smart and took care of the situation expeditiously!
Tara was very helpful in telling me the options for the what I needed and the best one to get to achieve it. BBQGuys.com is an A+ outfit and I would not hesitate to do business with them again or provide the highest recommendation. Their sales people are very knowledgeable on the products and provide great customer service in the process.
Fedex delivered the package to the wrong address. I called BBQGuys.com customer service, and Tara had a replacement on order within minutes of our conversation.
The order process was efficient. Ryan was very helpful and polite.
After spending almost three hours trying to correct a shipping address with Amazon Pay I got in touch with a gentleman (sorry don't remember his name). He actually was able to understand my problem and solve it. If I had spoken with him first it would have saved me three hours. It was nice to speak with a gentleman and understand him.
