This had to be the WORST management team I have ever experienced!! We arrived at the venue at 12:30PM to just look over and set-up some last minute decorations for a repast. But to our surprise, the room was NOT cleaned! The mirrors and floors were filthy. And the start time of the event was 1PM. We asked the 1 person that was cleaning can we assist her!!! We were there for a repast over the weekend. The food wasn't out on time, floor was visibly dirty (should have been swept and mopped) and there were ants on the tables. When brought to the manager's attention, we were told we were just "picking". Not pleased at all with the manager's response. I will not be recommending this event space to anyone.

I've worked in hospitality for over 20 years. I actually brought my family to this facility for a repast so I feel part responsible for the unbelievable amount of lack of service that we received. First and foremost the Manager who booked our event was utterly the worst manager I've ever encountered. When I told him about the ants that appeared on our tables and gave him a glass that was extremely dirty he said I was being picky and never apologized. The repast was to begin at 1pm. I gave this banquet hall 1 star. We secured this space for a repass after a funeral. The meal was scheduled to be avialble at 1 pm. When we arrived a few minutes before 1pm nothing was set up. Moreover the wait staff and (I believe ) the manager acted as if they were surprised to see us. When we asked about the food and set-up for our party we we told that "Indian parties do not start on time therefore we did not plan to have the food ready on time". Beautiful place and location but their Customer Service sucks!!! My girlfriend's husband gave her a surprise 55th Birthday party at this venue. The party was scheduled months in advance, booked in April and the party was in July. The staff waited until the week of the actual event to call and state they did not have enough napkins in the color that was selected for the party. Power was lost 2-3 times during the party. Gave my wife a 55th birthday party, free was no person to help with anything, the lights went out twice, no one apologized, the food was great but some of my guest wanted to take some food home I went to ask about containers on person said they'd help us but no one did I went to a local dollar store and bought containers we tried to pack some food then the manager and his workers rush out and tell us they can not allow us to take any food because they risk someone getting food poisoned ..if thats the case why are they servin... read more

I met with Menica to book my wedding a year in advance. Everything seemed cool. I was happy with the choice we made. But 2 months before the wedding Mencia stopped answering our emails. The day before the wedding she called me and said, "it's going to rain tomorrow. I have the Atrium available for your ceremony." I'm a brown guy and I know a thing or two about wedding functions. To put it plain and simple, this was one of the worst experiences I've seen with venue management. The management double booked for my sister's wedding and barely had enough staff helping. No one was clearing tables, refilling drinks at tables, and worst of all was the lack of manager presence. This is such a nice venue but horrible service !!! I had attended my cousins wedding and honestly when we got there at 5:30 because it starts at 6pm nothing was set. We asked the waiter/waitress if we can help so it can be done faster before the other guest arrives , they ignore you while walking with AirPods in their ears, so unprofessional!!!
