My cousin just had her wedding there and the place is beautiful inside but the service was HORRIBLE! The waitress/ waiters look as if they just rolled out of bed ear phone in the ears. No plates was set on the table not even the small ones for appetizers so basically you're eating with a piece of tissue and no one coming around to pick up the garbage from the table. WORST manager and overall experience. The manager Mencia is absolutely terrible at her job. She promised us many things during our initial meeting such as valet parking, stage seating, coffee and tea, etc and entered it into the system while we were there but of course everything was "missing" the day of our event. God forbid you try to ask her a question and she will come at you with the nastiest attitude as if you're getting the space for free. This is the worst place to have your function. You can never get through to anyone because they don't answer the phone a d take days to return your call. I had my wedding there two days ago and the place was trashed from the function the night before. It took them hours to clean up and remove tables from the space I paid for. My wedding planner and her crew had to clean up or else they would not have gotten things done in a timely manner. This place was the worst we went for my cousins baby shower and the staff was not wearing mask or gloves. We where supposed to have full service dinner and they did nothing. The Chafin dishes where facing the wrong way on the buffet. They never put out coffee or tea with dessert, they lost the cake my aunt and uncle paid 175 dollars for. I'm only giving a star because I can't give none! I attended a banquet last night at tHis location that we gave a chance to since it's a new revamp and in our area, and we're highly disappointed and offended. The service was horrible. Their staff was clearly under trained and unprofessional. The servers were touch their hair and touch our food as well as no where to be found when needed. There is no way to make this long story short so I'm just going to dive right in and say that this is the worst place I have ever been to and would never recommend for anyone to rent this place. I went to a wedding there this past Saturday and the venue was HORRIBLE! This place was filthy, not to mention that while my mothers wedding is going on they have a garbage can and a bucket sitting on top of towels because the ceiling was leaking. Would not even give this place 1 star if I could. This had to be the most unprofessional, and unorganized "venue" that I have ever came across. The carpets were dirty, the mirrors in the bridal suite were dirty, and the bathrooms were not cleaned before we arrived. The ceilings were leaking during my grandmothers reception, and 2 garbage bins had to be placed in the middle of the room. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE!!! My uncles wedding was here and I cannot express how upset my family and I are that we chose such a disgraceful hall. I am completely shocked. When we first came to visit the hall we were VERY happy. It was beautiful, Jeff was very nice, and he continued to "promise" us many things. But during the wedding EVERYTHING changed. What a terrible experience! This place should be ashamed of itself. The service was horrific and so was the food. When we arrived for a wedding, five minutes before start time, and there was no one at the bar, which was just outside the reception room. People were piled up at the entrance of the reception room.
