App is garbage. I can log in on a computer but the app doesn't recognize my user and password, even though I set up access through the app
Total scam, I was told I'd get a refund after I canceled my subscription and they kept charging me and never gave my refund. Total waste if time
Didn't recognize my password and number of steps to change it was horrendous.

It always errors and never let's one sign in.
I was happy when I saw that Primerica FINALLY got an app. I logged in once and then the app no longer allows me to login and defaults to asking for a PIN, then causes the screen to flash back and forth -- leaving me no choice but to shut down the phone and restart it. After several attempts, it's clearly a bug so I am uninstalling the app before it compromises my device. Very dissapointed by it. Primerica has never displayed high tech capabilities with their website or a workable app.
The app literally wont let me sign in. I can sign in on Google Chrome, but nothing works on this app for me.
This app is worthless. Won't even let .e log in lmao Primerica is slowly but surely losing me as a customer.
