They be taking my money after I have canceled it months ago and never gave me back my refund
Useless, this app opens to a blank screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and no luck. I've had no luck with any mobile web pages or apps with primerica. I wish they would do something to make it easier for us to track our investments.
The app sucks! I have multiple policies and I can't see all the information about my policies. Also, I made an overpayment, and it took forever to get my refund. I don't know what kind of computer system they are working with but it seems so prehistoric
App is for a pyramid scheme. If you see this when they ask you to download it get out

When are you'll going to have a app for your customers?
Let me preface this by stating that my opinion and current views of this app does not reflect negatively on the company itself. As of today, I have been met with "the app is experiencing server issues" every time I have attempted to log in. At this juncture, I refuse to waste time in calling technical support because I do not, will not, and shall not be on hold for a whole album cover to play through. This issue is quite frustrating and needs to be fixed and quickly!
