I tried canceling my subscription back in May no one got back to me and have now been billed $28 every month since May.
Too many problems logging in from mobile device Also should pre notify when upgrading. I have now missed a meeting that started @9am because your site is upgrading
It wont install. It keeps saying downloading but wont install. The old app wouldnt update so I removed it to try to download it again since it locked me out.
Can't open app
Login difficulty every now and then for no reason
Been trying to cancel subscription since April 2020 an every month since then has been charging me $25 a month that I wasn't told when a recruiter had me join and the app has locked me out.

Personal info is unsecured. I do not like using it because it's not as people be saying.
It is sooooooooo buggyyyyyy 🤦♀️ I cannot even access my lessons. Really frustrating.
