Too many login etrors
Too much updating. Doesnt remember pw. I like all the new options this app gives me to work my business, but it definitely needs work. It will not advance forward while in an application as if it doesn't have the directive to proceed or processyour request. Please fix it! I have not experienced any ads while using this app.
It won't bring me to mutual fund acc.
There is no content in the app, and I am not able to do the prescribed fix of editing my name, the fields are uneditable. Whatever broke the app is still broken.
Bad
Not very good. It asks me to register in German. I can't get past this pop-up at all. I'm already an agent with primerica and have my own login. This is not good at all. I tried to Google a fix ...nothing. I am in CANADA !
I downloaded the app because I need to use it for business. Yet when I try to access it, it comes up as a blank screen after loading up. I tried uninstalling and installing it several times. Please fix it. If it doesn't get fixed I have to uninstall it for good and that is not good for business (on both sides). Update...As of today I'm still waiting to be contacted by tech help. Called our tech centre and was told to leave a call back number. I did. NOTHING no call no fixes.
They were supposed to refund me and I have yet to get the money back. I cancelled due to finances at the time but I doubt I would ever go back to this, especially since they lied to me.
