I have a Galaxy Tab E and since the update on the 2nd it wont let me log in. It give me an error message that im offline.
Latest update is not allowing me to login to it.
terrible app, can't even take the practice test!!
Crappy app! One would think that a financial company would put money into having a app that doesn't have to be restarted every 10 seconds and you can't even reset your password on it!
Like app, but needs a little work. I am using this app on a Samsung Galaxy LTE and I always have issues typing in numbers on Quick Quotes and Mobile FNAs. (Ex. 10,000 becomes 10,000,010) or something crazy like that. Also Mobile FNA is not storing insurance needs, so FNA Summary comes up blank. Other features seem to work great.
The app would not open at certain times when inputting correct password. I would have to uninstall app and reinstall to make it work. Question, are we getting a version that will allow us to have access tonight POL email? I use an Galaxy 7S Edge
While watching videos for about 10 - 15 minutes, app jumps back to login screen WHILE video is still playing. Are my settings incorrect within the app?
It great when it works but most of the time it doesn't work. I really wish they'd debug it or f8x it!
Too invasive. Please give the option to select level of notifications and I consider reinstalling the app.
