We recently purchased a Coyote grill from BBQ Guys. Upon opening the crate, there were some issues that required attention. After talking with their support team and sending them some photos , they made a satisfactory adjustment and sent me a stainless repair package to clean up the scratches. Outstanding people (Thanks Dawn) support and website. Great info on using bonus points to get more things. Got the Memphis Grill Pro, pellets and cover. Easy process and BBQGUYS kept me informed every step of the way. That’s a great pellet grill if your on the fence about what to get with minimal assembly, put on side trays, remove protective film and connect WiFi cable. Done.
