My grill arrived sooner than expected which was perfect for an impromptu backyard party. The shipping company could not deliver in my street because a semi could not access my street but they were super helpful and help me load it only my trailer. Grill assembly was straightforward and I was grilling in no time.
I purchased stainless doors for our summer kitchen unfortunately they did not work for our particular application I called explained the situation they took them back and issued me a refund promptly great service
Would like to know which side up for ceramic bricquettes. One side diameter a little smaller than the other. Venturi assembly necks about 2 to 3 inches too long for my old Broilmaster D3-1. Had to use old one. Got any Venturi assemblies with shorter necks? Mike
I ordered a replacement grill grate that fit my charcoal grill perfectly. It arrived faster than they told me it would which was awesome. I was very impressed. The price was the best on the net. In fact I will order a second as a backup. I will use this company for all of my BBQ, grilling and all cooking needs from now on. We previously ordered a grill from BBQGuys, so when we were looking to purchase the KettlePizza grill accessories we chose to use BBQGuys.com. Fast selection, quick response and shipping. We ordered early in the week and made pizzas on the grill by Thursday evening. as for the pizza making....a disaster the first try, but much better the second try and fantastic the third. Have been waiting a long time to purchase a smoker, but decided to finally go for it. I went with the Cookshack Smokette SM025. When seasoning of it I was VERY impressed with how little wood is needed and how well it smokes. Keeping the exact temperature is a dream with it! And having a probe is an extra bonus. Cooking my first Brisket tomorrow.
