I received professional, prompt, and personal service almost immediately via their chat. Site is easy to get around. Needed to "chat" because I had a couple questions about the difference between a couple grills. The chat told me what I needed to know. I purchased for a gift. The shipping was pretty quick. The recipient said all was well on their end. There were a couple missing bolts that he said were being shipped right out.

Fast free shipping, buying on the website was easy and fast. The pellet grill works well so far, I'd say an all around great experience. Now the shipping company is another thing entirely.

Shopping for the products was easy and the online chat helped get my questions answered. Delivery unfortunately was the only issue for me. I received a call from the carrier and was told my products were going to be delivered Monday from 4-8pm and someone would need to be home to received them. My products were left in my driveway on Saturday, two days before they were supposed to be delivered, and of course, we were not home. There were no issues, but there could have been.
Ordered a Weber grill which I looked at locally. I found a better price with BBQguys. Free delivery, came within days of my purchase. Arrived in excellent shape. Now I’m ready for summertime grilling! Thanks to BBQguys!!!
