Megan was awesome and went above and beyond to help me. In this day and age it is hard to find good customer service and she went well beyond my expectations
Item was shipped extremely fast as promised. There was a slight issue which was resolved with great communication from customer service.
I will be returning to BBQGuys to buy more items.
The customer service representative, Nita, that I dealt with was very friendly, and helpful. She make the purchasing experience very pleasant. I would do business with BBQGuys again.
I ordered a Blaze Pro 34 inch built in off the warehouse scratch/dent at a great price of $1,425.88. Also ordered the matching side burner for $999.99 along with a smoker box and a grill cover. Easy experience website worked well however, just received a call from BBQGuys and was told they experienced some sort of website error and the item was in 2 carts at once so they can not fulfill the order even though I got confirmation email, numbers etc... I have had a problem with the grill lid having a crack in the weld seam. I worked with Kimberly a resolution specialist from Shoppers Choice and I quickly got a replacement lid. The new lid also had a crack in the weld, but I worked with Kimberly to get another one sent out. I love the products and having this kind of customer service made it even better. If you need help Kimberly is the one!
