The BBQGuys staff had gone way beyond the call of duty. I made the unfortunate mistake of thinking that I could easily replace a remote control & receiver unit buy buying it on line. My plumber came over and cut wires on the connection and found that it did not work. I ordered the wrong unit and ordered another which was successful, but I couldn't resell the unused remote until I received the wire connector. She did several revisions and all with a cheerful and helpful attitude. Dealing with her was truly a pleasure, something in this day and time is unfortunately too rare. Good service. A little disappointed in one year warranty on sear burner. Only had it a year and a half.
I was in need of a very specific part for my Bull built in grill, a part that was crucial to the safety of grilling, and needed it quickly. Most stores online were quoting 2-3 days just to process the order with a high of 6 weeks to get the part. Living in the Midwest, that would for all intensive purposes mean next summer!
