Excellent customer service
I bought a bbq from BBQ Guys and bought a universal conversion kit instead of the manufacturers. Sure enough, it wouldn't heat to high temperatures when I went to fire it up. I immediately called Shoppers Choice and they helped me pick out the correct kit. It shipped out the same day! We should be able to heat the grill perfectly when the new kit is installed! Thank you!
