Professional and courteous service. I first went online to view the DCS grill and called to receive the free side burner. Dominic answered all my questions and guided me through the web site when I requested additional information. My order was placed in less than five minutes with email confirmation in less than 10 minutes. I hope the grill is as good as the service.

Even when our fridge quit working recently, Brandi and everyone at BBQ guys were tremendously helpful in getting a replacement to us right away. I am absolutely estatic that I experienced such a fantastic customer service experience as a first time customer with BBQGuys.com. I initially had a slight issue with the scheduled delivery confirmation that I received on the day that I was suppose to receive my package; due to the Labor Day weekend I understood the slight issue but was amply provided next day shipping (on a Saturday) in order for me to get this essential item to get my grill up and running in time for a family party.
