Nina was probably the best customer service representative that I have ever dealt with.......She is great. Gave me great advice and made it super easy for me.
I have purchased an entire outdoor kitchen from the BBQGuys and am completely satisfied with the products, but more importantly, with the service. One item was damaged in transit and the BBQGuys replaced it immediately. I have another item that does not firt my application, I misjudged the fit, and they have arranged to take that back, no fuss, no muss! I am happy!
I was pleased with the service and information. Brandi was very nice and made my transaction a pleasant experience. Hopefully this stove top is good for my renovation. If so, I will be ordering another stove top.
